We ship on Tuesdays and Thursday every week from 12PM to 5PM Central. As we are working with a small team, please allow up to 8 days for order handling and preparation before shipment. Due to the personal and energetic nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges — including readings, alchemy/mirror sessions and consultations. Please see the policy for Sacred Bloodlines on it’s seperate page. If you need to reschedule a Freequensee session, please email promptly, or use the Freequensee designated contact phone number. Missed appointments will be forfeited and considered a donation to the trust.

We reserve the right to protect our mission, energy, and community. We may refuse or end service at any time, with or without notice, if an interaction becomes misaligned with our purpose.

All orders must be placed through the website. We do not accept changes, add-ons, or custom requests via DM, text or email unless specifically invited to do so.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to address error, a re-shipping fee will apply. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim. Once a package is in their care, we are no longer responsible for it.
