BEFORE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the most aligned and effective session, please review the preparation guidelines below:
Hydrate Well - Drink water throughout the day. Hydration supports smooth energy flow.
Eat lightly - Have a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before. Avoid heavy, greasy, or sugar-rich foods.
Reduce stimulation - If possible, limit screen time, loud environments, and stressful interactions before your session.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely
Intention setting - Reflect on what you want to receive: Clarity, Emotional release, stress reduction, energetic cleansing. You don’t have to share your intention, but it helps guide the session energetically.
Please inform the practitioner about: recent injuries, sensitivities, medications, emotional stressors, anxiety around touch. All sessions are adapted to your comfort level.
